We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewelry experiences a structural issue due to a defect in workmanship—such as a solder joint failing under normal wear—we will repair or replace your piece at no charge.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or tarnishing
• Lost jewelry or lost stones
• Damage caused by accidents, improper care, alterations, or misuse
• Natural variations in gemstones or materials
